I searched Pinterest for a good large-batch recipe for Mocha Frappuccino - but all I found was recipes for small batches..... I make it occasionally, but have never had a 'recipe' that I wrote down - and sometimes I have hit the nail on the head and sometimes I've missed the mark with my 'little bit of this, little bit of that' approach. So, this time, it turned out GREAT, so I had to write it all down so I can repeat it next time. It tastes a LOT like Starbuck's Mocha Frappuccino, just delicious! Maybe a little TOO delicious!
1 pot fresh brewed coffee (I did 10 cups)
1 c. sugar
6 cups storebought chocolate milk
2 cups milk (I used 1%, but you could just use whatever you have on hand)
1 c. heavy cream
Dissolve sugar in the hot coffee, cool, then refrigerate. Add milk, cream, and chocolate milk. Shake and serve over ice. Delicious.
Makes a little under a gallon.
Hope you feel better soon! The shibori fabric is drool worthy, can't see what you do with it.
